Maintenance

 Those of us that have some inherited properties from our parents 

are now aware of the huge responsibilities to maintain the property, it's a responsibility because nobody will like to be put in shame of not taking care of what you are supposed to take care of, although maintaining property requires lots of capital . So the possible option is for the property to be well managed by fixing and making repairs when necessary.
