Depression

 The typical day in the market place is full of hustling people trying to make a living and survive thinking of this too much can lead to depression in most cases where the market women that's trying to survive stay in the sun and rain all day are gradually medically unfit to survive what they fear ie hunger the hunger and poverty they dread so much not to destroy their family is not the issues but the stress they went through.
