She is aware of Elliot capabilities, but for her business will continue to be business if you have the apparatus to create or discover new talent because the line of business she is in, the show business you will only remain relevant if there is an alternative to compliment new ideas or product, but if you don’t want to be an arm chair business mogul you create a talent hunt show, yes you have to come out with a completion, all you have to do is just wait and see what comes out of it even if it turns out to be a failure you must have learnt one or two things from the show.
